Ownership: All key lock boxes and related components are the sole property of Shatin Commercial Interiors (Shatin).
Customer Obligation and Liability: The customer is liable for any loss, theft, or tampering with the key box or any relevant keys or codes. Shatin does not assume any liability for any unauthorized access of or damages to the restaurant premises by a third party directly or indirectly as a result of using the key box. Users are responsible for ensuring the security and proper use of the key box at all times. Shatin reserves the right to impose fees at its discretion in the event of such occurrences. The customer is also required to provide Shatin with any relevant information requested regarding alarm codes, contact information, and building access information. Noncompliance may result in additional fees.
